Benjamin has been taking guitar lessons from guitar teacher extraordinaire, Uncle Jeff, since the Winter of 2007. In 6 months, he has improved dramatically. Jeff says that for an 8 year old, he is picking things up rather quickly. Must be the musical ear from his ancestors... Great grandpa Bob was able to play music by ear; he never used a book. Great grandpa Joe loved to dance the monkey dance. And, the beat goes on... He even played the "Happy Birthday" song at little brother Joshua's 6th bday party...We are so proud of you, Ben!

Happy to see your blog.Nowadays, there are a slew of websites offering guitar lesson online. Some free and some are paid. With people nowadays so busy with their lives, it is a easy way to learn how to play a guitar right from the comfort of their own homes and at their own pace.
