Kid Yiddish... What's that?!

Tuesday nights when Jon is at his Men's meetings, I am at home with the kids during dinnertime. This Tuesday, I was too tired to cook dinner, so I mentioned that to the boys who took it upon themselves to make an elaborate dinner of pb&j with challah and orange juice. The hysterical part of this whole thing is that they set a small cup from Samantha's tea set on a kid plate and overfilled it (just like their Zaide does on Shabbat and holidays). Benjamin was the leader of Kid Yiddish this time, but said that Joshua would be the leader next week. Joshua then noted that Mommy could never be the leader because it was Kid Yiddish! Then, Benjamin took the salt and put it on a plate, then dipped it in (just like Zaide does!) and passed small pieces around to everyone. What Benjamin was trying to do was to say Kiddush over the orange juice, hence "Kid Yiddish" was born! They also washed their hands and said the prayers (just like Zaide and Orit do!) Mazel tov, kids! Check out the photos!
